Earlier this year I began my journey of living a plant based lifestyle. I had enough time eating animals and decided it was time to give it a rest. I feel a lot better for it and I know my environmental footprint has reduced because of it. When I discovered Cynthia, I became obsessed! I watched her shows on Gaia.tv and joined her private group. She has so lively and passionate that I had to get her on the show.
