Description
Summer Garden – Alcohol Ink on Canvas, was a beautiful accident. It was the first time I had worked with alcohol inks in this way. I wasn’t sure it was possible as canvas is so porous. I layered some texture paste onto the canvas first and then to my surprise the alcohol ink worked and this beautiful garden emerged. You can see the texture beneath the ink giving it a sense of depth as gardens often have.
Sides are painted, it’s ready to hang and signed on the back.
Alcohol ink is a beautiful medium and creates a soft, visual effect. If you like this piece, you might also like Golden Bloom and Wisteria.
Delivery and payment information
You can pay with all major credit cards or via a bank transfer.
If paying by bank transfer, the art will be delivered once the payment has cleared.
The artwork is very carefully protected with waxed paper, wrapped with multiple layers of bubble wrap then boxed in cardboard.
