Delivery in Australia Only
All prices are in AU dollars and we are only selling and delivering in Australia. If you are from outside of Australia and would like to purchase items, please send a message via our contact page with your location and the items you wish to purchase and we can send you the cost for delivery. We do not offer exchanges or refunds on SALE items. This applies to both Australian and International orders.

Decide Carefully
Please make your art purchase carefully as we do not refund simply because you may not like it when you unwrap it. We suggest that you imagine the piece where you want it in your house and check that the size fits the area. We always make sure that each piece is superimposed on a wall and added to the gallery so you can image what it will look like once it’s hung.

All Pieces are Ready to Hang
All artworks are ready to hang. They are painted on the edges and have a string stapled to the back of the piece. You can frame it if you wish, but it’s not necessary. We do not offer framing as a service.

Artist Signature
All abstract artworks are signed at the back of the piece as you might like to hang it in a direction that is other than intended. If you wish for the artwork to be signed on the front, please request it in your order.

Packaging
We will cover the piece in protective paper before wrapping it in layers of bubble wrap. We will then put it in a cardboard box that is suited for it’s size. It will be fully protected for delivery, however, if your item arrives damaged, please follow the instructions below.

Conditions for Returns of Damaged Items
There are a few simple rules in order to return a damaged item:

  1. Products must be returned within 14 days of purchase
  2. Please take a photo of the damaged item as soon as you have opened it
  3. Attach the photo along with a description of the damage to: xxxxxx
  4. When you receive a reply from us, carefully and safely re-wrap the item in the packaging it was delivered in
  5. Take a photo of the receipt and email it to us along with the invoice for the receipt
  6. Please hold onto the tracking number for your package once you have posted it
  7. When we receive it, we will refund you the full amount along with the postage cost

This shall be refunded to the account which customers used to purchase their items. Please note, we cannot be held liable for any items lost in transit, so keep that tracking number safe!
